Then BSF DIG gets ten years sentence in sex scandal case
The Special Judge, CBI Cases, Chandigarh has sentenced K C Padhi, the then DIG, Border Security Force (BSF) and Mohd Ashraf Mir, the then DSP, CID, J&K Police, both to undergo 10 years Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs one lakh each in a sex scandal case of Srinagar.
