New CBI Chief Rishi Kumar Shukla is the  only IPS officer who never visited Delhi during this period, never lobbied  and was not even interviewed  by the PMO like others  for the job. Suddenly he was informed that the Government has chosen him for the post. It is his honesty, integrity and good will that help him to reach to this prestigious post. There is a general feeling that Shukla with his wide experience will be able to restore  and maintain the credibility of the top investigating agency.
