Thomson Jose is new DIG, Kannur Range

In Kerala, Balram Kumar Upadhyay, 1997 batch has been shifted from the post of ADGP, Headquarters to the post of DG, Prisons and Correctional Services. He will relieve K Padmakumar. H Venkatesh, 1998 batch, ADGP, Crimes has been given the additional charge of IG, State Crime Records Bureau.   P Prakash, 2004 batch IG, Intelligence has been transferred and posted as IG, State Human Rights Commission. K Sethu Raman, 2004 batch, who was IG and Commissioner, Kochi     City has been transferred as IG, North Zone. He will replace Neeraj Kumar Gupta. Gupta has been now posted as IG, Headquarters. A Akbar, 2005 batch, who was IG, Traffic and Road Safety Management has been posted as IG, and Commissioner, Kochi City. Putta Vimalditya, 2008 batch DIG, Kannur Range has been transferred and posted as DIG, Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS). DIG Thomson Jose, 2009 batch has been posted as DIG, Kannur Range. He is reporting to the Kerala cadre after repatriation from Central deputation.
