Out of the total 15 empanelled to the rank of GoI in the Government of India, three 1987 batch IPS officers are currently posted in the GoI. They are Sudhir Saxena, Arun Sinha and Sanjay Chandra. Naturally they will get preference in the postings in the CPOs.
