Vikash Jalan, Varun Bansal, and Sudeepta Ranjan Rout have been appointed as Additional Directors (Non-Executive- Independent Director) on the Board of SPL Industries Limited. Meanwhile,  Chanderjeet Singh Bhatia, Arun Kumar, and Rajesh Goyal have ceased to continue as Independent Directors
