Three Directors bow out of HPL Electric and Power Ltd.
Tarun Sehgal, Jatinder Singh Sabharwal, Jainul Haque and Mrs. Madhu Bala Nath have ceased to be Independent Directors of HPL Electric and Power Limited on the completion of tenure. Meanwhile, Chandra Prakash Jain has resigned from the Board of Directors of the company.
