Three IAS officers in J&K have been given new assignments. Accordingly, Bipul Pathak has been posted as Principal Secretary, Science & Technology Department, Shailendra Kumar, was posted as Principal Secretary, Public Works Department and M Raju as Secretary, Jal Shakti Department.
