Three IAS officers get new assignments in W-Bengal

Ms Ayesha Rani has been appointed as OSD to Chief Secretary, while Mrs Joyoshi Das Gupta was made Collector, Jhargram and Mrs Vandana Yadav gets an additional charge of Secretary, IT and Electronics department in West Bengal.
