Three IAS officers get new responsibilities in Assam

Three IAS officers have been assigned new responsibilities in Assam. Rahul Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Staff Officer to the CS, while Dr Ashish Kumar Bhutani, ACS, Agriculture Department, Agricultural Production Commissioner, Chairman, ARIAS Society and Chairman, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class III posts, is also posted as ACS, Transformation and Development Department as additional charge and Siddharth Singh, Commissioner & Secretary, Medical Education & Research Department, PD, JICA Assisted Assam Health Infrastructure Strengthening Project, Assam gets an additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Transformation and Development Department.
