Rakesh Singh has been appointed as Secretary, MP State Election Commission, while Babu Singh Jamod was made Secretary, ST Cell, Raj Bhavan and Aditi Singh will take over as Deputy Secretary, Women and Child Development with additional charge of MD, Women Finance and Development Corporation.
