Three IAS officers promoted to Above Super Time Scale in AP

Three IAS officers of 1993 batch of Andhra Pradesh Cadre in AP have been promoted to Above Super Time Scale in AP and retained in the same positions. The officers are: Anil Kumar Singhal, Movva Tirumala Krishna Babu and Gopal Krishna Dwivedi. On promotion, Singhal is redesignated as Special Chief Secretary to Governor, Babu as Special CS, Health, Medical and Family Welfare and Dwivedi as Chief Commissioner, RBKs and  Special CS, Agriculture & Cooperation.
