Three IAS officers shifted in J&K

Sundeep Kumar Nayak has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department while Saurabh Bhagat was posted as Chief Executive Officer, Jhelum and Tawi Flood Recovery Project and  M Raju has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department in Jammu and Kashmir.
