Three IAS officers shifted in MP

Avi Prasad has been appointed as Deputy Secretary, Mantralaya, while Dilip Kumar Yadav was made Collector, Katni and Ms Aditi Garg is appointed as Collector, Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh.
