Three IAS officers shifted in Punjab

Manikant Prasad Singh has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Taxation while Viswajeet Khanna was made Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Development and in addition Additional Chief Secretary, Horticulture and R Venkat Ratnam is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Welfare of SCs & BCs and in addition Principal Secretary, Social Security and development of Women & Children in Punjab.
