Three ICAS officers have been transferred. Ms Priyanka Charan has been appointed as Deputy Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, while Manoj Meena joined as Deputy Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Education, New Delhi and Korupolu Satya Dharma Pratap is now Deputy Controlle
