Three IFS officers of AGMUT cadre have been promoted. A K Biswal has been promoted to the PCCF grade in Arunachal Pradesh, while Ritu Raj Singh was promoted to the grade of APCCF and shifted to Arunachal Pradesh from Mizoram.
