Three IRSEE officer empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

Three officers of 1992 batch belonging to Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE): Satyaveer Singh Yadav, Sushil Kumar and G V Mallikarjuna Rao have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent posts in Government of India.
