Three IRSME officers promoted to NF-SAG

As many as three Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officers have been granted to non-functional senior administrative grade (NF-SAG). They are: Navid Talib, MD Bhutia, and Virender Kumar.
