They are: Virendra Singh, Special Commissioner; Satish Golcha, DG, Prison, and Praveen Ranjan, Special DG, CISF. All three IPS officers belong to AGMUT cadre. Singh is looking after Licensing in Delhi Police. He is the senior most IPS officer.
