Prashant Mishra,  Kishori Mohan Mishra and Ashwani Kumar have  submitted their technical resignation from Railway service to enable their permanent absorption in National Highway Rail Corporation Limited (NHRCL), Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRCL) respectively. While Prashant Mishra is an IRSME officer, KM Mishra and Kumar belong to the IRSE cadre.
