These sisters borne on Haryana cadre bended the stereotype male dominated society by proving their mettle. A 1969 batch retired IAS officer Mrs. M A Chaudhary served as Chief Secretary from November 8, 2005 to April 30, 2006, while Mrs Urvashi Gulati, a 1975 batch IAS officer, was Chief Secretary from October 31, 2009 to March 31, 2012 and Mrs Keshni Anand Arora assumed the charge as Chief Secretary on July 1, 2019.
