Timeline of PAR for AIS officers extended

DoPT has extended the timeline of the Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) for All India Service (AIS) officers. According to the revised schedule, now blank PAR form, specifying Reporting and Reviewing officers, will be given from June 1. The officer should submit the self appraisal by June 30. Appraisal by Reporting Authority shall be completed by August 31. Appraisal by Reviewing Authority by Oct 15 and Appraisal by the Accepting Authority will be done by December 31 this year.
