Tiwari appointed CELE, SER

RK Tiwari, who is presently posted in South Eastern Railway (SER), has been posted as Chief Electrical Loco Engineer (CELE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
