Too much pressure on CP, Delhi ?

If sources are to be believed CP, Delhi is reportedly facing lot of pressure in transfer posting matters. It is said that many seniors and some retired officers are doing "sifarish" for one or the other officer of Delhi police resulting delay in finalising the proposal.
