TRAI releases consultation paper on draft amendments in Wireline, Wireless and Broadband Service Regulations 2024

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) issued the consultation paper on draft amendments proposed in ‘The Standards of Quality of Service of Access (Wireline and Wireless) and Broadband (Wireline and Wireless) Service Regulations, 2024’ seeking comments and counter comments of stakeholders. The written comments on the amendment proposed in the draft notification or any other relevant provisions of the regulations, and counter comments, if any, may be sent preferably by mail to adv-qos1@trai.gov.in, by 26th August 2026, and 7th September 2026, respectively.
