Training Programmes for PACS

Under cooperative schemes in 2025, the Ministry of Cooperation conducted 115 training programmes benefiting 7,434 Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) nationwide, including Maharashtra, as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots cooperatives. This aligns with the National Cooperative Policy 2025 and initiatives like computerisation (Rs 122 crore released for Maharashtra) to promote awareness, expansion, and multipurpose operations covering all panchayats.
