If top sources in the judiciary are to be believed, transfers of a couple of Chief Justices of state High Courts are to be transferred early next year. Will the High Courts of the Punjab and Haryana, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh be effected? One can wait and watch.
