Transfer orders cancelled

The orders transferring Ranjan Kumar Behera from Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE) to East Coast Railway (ECoR) and Anand Gohlani from West Central Railway (WCR) to Eastern Railway (ER) have been cancelled. Both are Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officers.
