TV Dikshitulu moved to Southern Railway

TV Dikshitulu has been transferred from South Central Railway (SCR) to Southern Railway (SR) on his own request. The earlier order transferring him to Eastern Railway has been cancelled. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
