Two ACS officers given additional charge in Jharkhand

The Jharkhand Government has given additional charge to two senior IAS officers. Accordingly, Avinash Kumar, IAS, 1993 batch, who was Additional Chief Secretary, Energy Department with additional charge of Jails and Disaster Management Services Department has been given the charge of Development Commissioner. He is also holding the additional charge of Managing Director, Energy Development Corporation. Likewise, Additional Chief Secretary, Rajiv Arun Ekka, 1994 batch, who was looking after the Department of Panchayati Raj has been given the additional charge of  the Department for SC, ST and Minorities.
