Pankaj Chandrakant Mishra has been re-appointed as Non-Executive Director, while Ms. Devyani Pankaj Mishra has been re-appointed Non-Executive Woman Director of Pratik Panels Limited. Meanwhile, Ms. Nisha Jai Singhvi has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Women Director of the company.
