Accordingly Om Prakash Dadhich will also oversee Settlement Commission, CESTAT, Legal Affairs, Authority of Advance Ruling, Bangalore Zone and matters related to Central Excise and Service Taxes. Similarly, Sandeep Kumar gets additional responsibility of DG, Performance Management, Commissioner (PAC) and Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram Zones.
