Two-day seminar on narco-terrorism from today

A two-day All India seminar on narcotics, narco-terrorism and new psychoactive substances is being organized from Wednesday (April 19). The union Home ministry has already asked all the anti-drug law enforcement agencies to act ‘very tough’ on the habitual offenders. Many senior IAS and IPS officers are participating in the seminar. The key address will be delivered by the Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

The issues on the agenda include global, national and regional drug trafficking trends, Drug crimes and drug laws and money laundering.
