Insiders say that if DMK comes to power in TamilNadu, being close to Stalin 1983 batch former IAS officer Dr K Ashok Vardhan Shetty and former 1986 batch IAS officer Dr Niranjan Mardy are going to have a say in the functioning of the Government.
