Ms Mandeep Kaur is posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department in J&K, relieving Ms Sushma Chauhan, Administrative Secretary, Higher Education, of the additional charge of the post, while Vijay Kumar Bidhuri will take charge as Commissioner/Secretary, Revenue Department, relieving Shaleen Kabra, PS, Home Department of the additional charge of the post.
