Two IAS officers get additional charge in Assam

Dr Bijoya Choudhury, Secretary to the Government of Assam, Elementary Education Department and Member, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class IV Posts is also posted as Secretary, Secondary Education, as additional charge, while Dr Ashish Kumar Bhutani, ACS, Agriculture, Agricultural Production Commissioner, Chairman, ARIAS Society and Chairman, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class III posts, Assam is also posted as ACS, Transformation and Development Department.
