Two IAS officers get new assignments in WB

Vivek Kumar has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Forest Department with additional Charge of Chairman, WB Valuation Board and Mrs Barnali Biswas is Secretary, Self Help Group & Self Employment Department and Secretary in the Consumer Affairs Department in West Bengal.
