Two IAS officers get new postings in Himachal Pradesh

Two IAS officers in Himachal Pradesh have been shifted and given new postings. Lalit Jain has been transferred as Director, Land Records, while Vivek Bhatia takes charge as MD, Minorities Finance & Development Corporation.
