Two IAS officers have been given new responsibilities in W Bengal. Dipankar Mandal has been appointed as Director, Transport, while Dr P B Salim was made Secretary, Minority Affairs and Madrasah Education Department with additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director, WBPDCL.
