Two IAS officers get postings in Kerala

Manoj Joshi has been appointed as Principal Secretary, General Administration Department and also been given the additional charges of Information and Public Relations and NORKA while Bishwanath Sinha was posted as Principal Secretary, Finance (Expenditure) in Kerala.
