Two IAS officers in Bihar get new responsibilities

Two IAS officers in Bihar have been assigned new responsibilities. Shashank Shekhar Sinha has been appointed as Special Secretary, Health with additional charge of Additional CEO, Bihar Health Protection Committee, while Naveen, Additional Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Department, will also handle the charge of Additional Secretary, Water Resources.
