Two IAS officers shifted in Haryana

Maheshwar Sharma has been appointed as Special Secretary, Haryana Secretariat Establishment, while Nishant Kumar Yadav was made Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Karnal in Haryana.
