Two IAS officers shifted in J&K

Rigzian Sampheal has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Ladakh Affairs department with additional charges of Information Technology department, and chief executive officer of the Jammu and Kashmir e-Governance Agency (JaKeGA) and Science and Technology department and Prasanna Ramaswamy was posted as Additional Secretary, Information Technology department in Jammu & Kashmir.
