PB Secretariat has transferred two IBES officers . S K Arora has been posted as ADG (Engineering), East Zone, Kolkata. He has been given additional charge of ADG (P&A) of Eastern Region -I&2. J K Chandira going to Mumbai as ADG (E) West Zone.
