Two IRS officers non empanelled for promotion as Principal Commissioner, Customs and Central Excise

Two Indian Revenue Service officers were not empanelled for the promotion to the rank of Principal Commissioner, Customs and Central Excise.They are- Praveen Jain (Panel year 2017-18) and Dinesh Chandra Dwivedi (Panel year 2017-18, 2018).
