Two IRSME officers appointed in Railway Board

Dinesh Shukla has been appointed as ED, Vigilance (Mech), Railway Board and Manish Kumar, Dir, Mech. Engg (P)-II, has been appointed as Director, Mechanical Engineering (P)-I, Railway Board. Both the officers belong to IRSME.
