Two ITS officers appointed CVO in CPES

Two Indian Telecom Service(ITS) officers have been appointed as CVO at the JS level for three years. Shaji TR joins as CVO, Frtilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd, Kochi while Upkar Kumar Kedia takes over as CVO, MECON, Ranchi.
