Two ITS officers get new postings

Two SAG officers have been transferred and given new postings. These officers and their (new postings) are Prabhat Dikshit (DoT Hqs) and Ms Deepika Pokharna (Delhi). Both are Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS) officers.
