Two JTS of ITS officers promoted to STS grade

Two JTS of ITS Group A officers have been promoted to STS grade in Department of Telecommunications (DoT) Hqs. These officers are Tapan Prakash Jha has been posted as IP Division and Partha Batra to IR Division.
