Two Judicial Members appointed in NCLAT

Two Judicial Members have been appointed in National Company Appellate Law Tribunal (NCLAT). They are Justice Yogesh Khanna, Former Judge, High Court of Delhi and Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma, Former Judge, High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital.
